About the Role:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer with strong expertise in POSM (Point of Sale Materials) design. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for creativity, spatial awareness, and the ability to visualize and execute designs that enhance brand visibility and retail presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize, design, and develop 3D POSM displays, kiosks, fixtures, and retail branding elements.
- Create realistic 3D renderings, mock-ups, and presentations for client approvals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, brand, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment.
- Develop innovative structural designs that are practical, cost-effective, and visually impactful.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and production techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D design for POSM, retail displays, or exhibition setups.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, V-Ray, or similar 3D software.
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and printing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to interpret briefs effectively.
Preferred Attributes:- Experience working with FMCG, retail, or advertising agencies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing POSM or retail display design work.
