About The Opportunity
Join a fast-paced creative studio serving retail and FMCG brands to produce production-ready POSM and retail fixtures. You will translate brand briefs into photorealistic 3D visuals, technical drawings, and manufacturable assets used by print and fabrication vendors across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop 3D POSM concepts and retail displays from brief to production-ready assets, ensuring brand compliance and visual impact.
- Create photorealistic renders and turnaround visuals for client presentations using industry-standard renderers and lighting workflows.
- Produce detailed technical drawings, dielines, and CAD files for print, die-cut, CNC, and fabrication partners; ensure manufacturability and tolerance checks.
- Collaborate with account managers, packaging engineers, and vendors to iterate prototypes and resolve production issues quickly.
- Maintain and organize a reusable asset library (models, materials, textures) and version-controlled project files for efficiency and reuse.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, delivering high-quality visuals and production documentation under tight turnarounds.
