Design Manager with a specialization in Point of Sales Materials (POSM) concept development and visualization. If you share our passion

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative and effective 3D designs for POSM materials, including display stands, signage, packaging,

and other marketing collateral.

2. Technology Proficiency: Stay updated on industry trends and design software to maintain a high level of proficiency in 3D design tools

and techniques.

3. Design Ideation: Generate ideas and concepts for POSM designs that align with the brand's identity and promotional strategies.

4. 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models of POSM materials using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, Blender, 3ds Max).

5. Texture and Material Selection: Choose appropriate textures, materials, and color schemes to enhance the visual appeal of the

designs.

6. Prototype Development: Produce physical prototypes or mock-ups of POSM materials to validate the design's feasibility and

effectiveness.

7. Visualization and Rendering: Render 3D designs to provide realistic representations of how the POSM materials will appear in the

retail environment.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that designs meet quality standards, are cost-effective, and can be produced efficiently.

9. Adaptation: Modify designs as necessary to accommodate changes in client requirements, budget constraints, or manufacturing

capabilities.

10. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their branding objectives, product positioning,

and promotional needs.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience as a 3D designer, preferably with a focus on POSM materials.

- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.

- Creative and Conceptual Thinking: Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

- Materials and Manufacturing Knowledge: Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and cost considerations.

- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines.

- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous POSM design work.

Additional Information:

This role may require occasional travel to clients across India or manufacturing facilities to oversee the production and implementation

of POSM materials. It may also involve working closely with marketing and sales teams to gather feedback and make design adjustments

for optimal in-store impact.
