Role Description

We are looking for acreative and technically strong 3D cum Interior Designer for our Events vertical Colorknit Events n Production with hands-on experience inEvents, MICE, exhibitions, and digital Event creatives. The role involves conceptualizing, visualizing, and executing high-quality 3D and Interior designs for live events, conferences, exhibitions, brand activations and weddings. The candidate should be capable of handling design briefs independently, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering innovative, feasible, and production-ready design solutions within tight timelines.

Role & responsibilities

Hands-on experience in designing and visualizing for Events, MICE, exhibitions, and digital platforms

Ability to understand briefs and handle projects independently with minimal or no supervision

Deliver designs ensuring relevance, feasibility, budget alignment, quality, innovation, and timelines

Maintain a minimum design approval / conversion hit rate of 75%

Develop creative design concepts and proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and visual presentations to communicate the design vision.

Design backdrops, entrances, photo-ops, branding concepts, venue layouts, exhibition displays, and stalls

Understand venue layouts such as banquets, halls, arenas, and exhibition spaces

Ensure technical accuracy in seating layouts, setup requirements, and dimensions

Create high-quality 3D artworks and visuals with detailed renderings

Prepare print-ready artworks and files as per client and production guidelines

Provide extended support during planning, execution, and on-ground rollouts

Stay updated with industry trends and design innovations

Deliver creative and aesthetic outputs across small to large-scale projects

Preferred candidate profile

Strong working knowledge of 3D Max, Maya, V-Ray, AutoCad, SketchUp,rendering, lighting, and texturing

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

Good understanding of visualization, production requirements, and technical detailing

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Willingness to work late hours in a fast-paced event environment

Excellent attention to detail and execution skills

Self-driven, disciplined, focused, and result-oriented

Positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple briefs under tight deadlines
