Job Overview
The role requires a creative and technically skilled professional who can convert minimal briefs and sketches into compelling 3D visualizations and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners. Profiles from interiors or retail stall design backgrounds will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the design and production teams to plan and visualize event concepts
- Create accurate and visually appealing 3D models based on briefs, layouts, and rough sketches
- Develop high-quality atmospheric renders for client presentations, pitches, and competitions
- Visualize event spaces, stages, exhibition setups, installations, and experiential zones
- Render using 3ds Max and handle post-production in Photoshop
- Ensure designs align with the client's brand, objectives, and audience expectations
- Present and explain design concepts clearly to internal teams and clients
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and fabricators as required
- Stay updated with industry tools, software, and visual trends
- Be flexible and available for late-night stretch working hours, common in the events industry
Required Skills & Software
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, and Photoshop
- Excellent understanding of lighting, textures, materials, and scale for live events
- Ability to deliver high-quality outputs across multiple visual formats
- Strong attention to detail, composition, and visual storytelling
- Capability to work efficiently under tight timelines and high-pressure environments
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory experience in events (corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, live shows)
- Candidates must clearly mention event-related projects in their portfolio
- No interiors, architecture, or retail stall design backgrounds
- Comfortable working extended and late hours during event execution phases
Salary & Compensation
- Fixed salary range: 50,000 55,000 per month
- Budget is strictly capped; candidates expecting higher compensation will not be considered
