Job Summary :-

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with experience in corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and stage setups. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality 3D designs, event layouts, stage concepts, stall designs, and branding visuals as per client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, knowledge of event production, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful event experiences.

• Create innovative 3D designs for:
• Corporate Events
• Conferences
• Product Launches
• Award Shows
• Brand Activations
• Stage & Set Designs
• Develop:
• 3D Event Concepts
• Stage Layouts
• Venue Branding
• Fabrication Drawings
• Mock-ups and Presentation Designs
• Coordinate with:
• Sales Team
• Production Team
• Vendors
• Clients
• Understand client briefs and convert them into creative concepts.
• Prepare realistic renders and walkthroughs for client presentations.
• Ensure all designs are practical and production-friendly.
• Visit event sites when required for measurements and execution support.
• Maintain design quality, timelines, and project coordination.

• Strong knowledge of:
• 3ds Max
• SketchUp
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Good understanding of:
• Event Production
• Fabrication Materials
• Lighting & Stage Setup
• Branding Elements
• Creative thinking and visualization skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Experience Required

• 8 -12 years of experience in Corporate Events Industry preferred.

Salary
