We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team and bring ideas to life through high-quality visual content.

What You'll Do

• Create 3D models, animations, and renders using Blender
• Work on end-to-end 3D pipelines: modeling → texturing → lighting → rendering → animation
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals
• Optimize assets for performance and visual quality across platforms
• Contribute to creative direction and visual storytelling

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in Blender 3D
• Solid understanding of:
• Quad-based modeling (clean topology)
• Texturing & UV mapping
• Lighting & scene composition
• Animation fundamentals
• Rendering techniques (Cycles/Eevee)
• Working knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects

Good to Have

• Familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows (e.g., generative tools, AI-assisted design pipelines)

Who You Are

• 0–4 years of relevant experience (internships/freelance included)
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work across modeling, animation, and rendering
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to experiment with new tools and workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
