Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Design Architect to develop high-quality 3D visualizations, and presentations for commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and interior design knowledge, excellent visualization skills, and proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D renderings, and walkthroughs based on design concepts and technical drawings.
• Develop realistic interior visualizations for client presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Produce photorealistic renders, animations, and virtual walkthroughs.
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements to enhance visual quality.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to project timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural visualization trends, rendering technologies, and software advancements.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Interior Design.
• 2–5 years of experience in 3D modelling and rendering.
• Strong understanding of architectural/ interior drawings, and design principles.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Enscape / D5 (Preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to create animated walkthroughs and flythrough videos.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
