About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualiser / Designer with strong expertise in AutoCAD and event/exhibition design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing 3D designs for event setups, exhibition stalls, stages, installations, brand spaces, and venue layouts. You will collaborate closely with the production, client servicing, and operations teams to bring concepts to life with practical and aesthetic precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design 3D layouts, event setups, and exhibition stalls as per client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Create detailed 2D working drawings in AutoCAD for fabrication and production teams.
- Visualize event environments including stage designs, dcor layouts, thematic zones, entry arches, kiosks, etc.
- Develop creative stage, set, and stall designs considering brand aesthetics and technical feasibility.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams client servicing, production, operations, and fabrication.
- Present ideas and mock-ups effectively through renders, walkthroughs, and design boards.
- Ensure all designs are practical, cost-effective, and fabrication-friendly.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, lighting, and fabrication techniques relevant to the event industry.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
- AutoCAD Strong technical drawing and detailing skills (mandatory).
- 3ds Max / SketchUp / Cinema4D High-quality 3D visualization & rendering.
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer For realistic rendering.
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator For presentation and detailing.
- Good understanding of event space planning, scale, and proportion.
- Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics, detailing, and spatial design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in event agencies, exhibition design firms, or experiential marketing setups.
- Exposure to corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, or government events.
- Understanding of fabrication materials, lighting, and installation processes.
