Job Overview:

Jerai Fitness Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with expertise in architectural visualization, interior and exterior rendering, and 3D artwork. The role involves developing realistic 3D models, creating high-quality renders, preparing architectural walkthroughs and animations, and supporting product visualization and design presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to deliver visually appealing and production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Design & Architectural Visualization

Create realistic 3D interior and exterior visualizations for architectural and design projects.
Develop detailed 3D models, materials, textures, lighting setups, and high-quality renders.
Prepare architectural walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals.
Create high-quality 3D artwork, visualization concepts, and design layouts.
Work on product visualization and presentation graphics as per project requirements.

Creative Design & Project Execution

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions.
Ensure accuracy, visual quality, and timely completion of assigned projects.
Revise designs and renders based on management feedback and project requirements.
Develop photorealistic renders and visually appealing presentations.
Support creative visualization requirements for architectural, interior design, and product-related projects.

Technical Skills & Rendering

Work with Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Twinmotion for 3D modelling and rendering.
Apply appropriate texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques to achieve realistic visual outputs.
Use Adobe Photoshop for image editing and post-production.
Support video editing, animation, and walkthrough presentations using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, wherever required.
Maintain high standards of visual quality and presentation across all assigned projects.

Qualification & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is mandatory.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in 3D design, architectural visualization, or 3D art.
Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Twinmotion.
Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, texturing, materials, and lighting techniques.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and post-production.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing, animation, and walkthrough presentations will be preferred.
Ability to create photorealistic renders and visually appealing presentations.
A strong portfolio showcasing 3D modelling, rendering, architectural visualization, and creative design work will be preferred.
Strong creative, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
