About the RoleIndus North Lab is looking for a talented Hard-Surface Prop Artist to help build a high-fidelity Small Town USA environment kit for the Unreal Engine Fab Marketplace. We are looking for an artist who can deliver perfect High-Poly geometry that is ready for a professional baking pipeline.
What You Will Do- Create high-poly 3D models of environmental props (Gas pumps, vending machines, industrial equipment).
- Ensure all models have clean topology and properly rounded bevels for high-quality normal map bakes.
- Maintain consistent real-world scale (CM) based on provided references and blockouts.
- Collaborate with our Technical Lead (who handles Low-Poly/Baking) to ensure mesh compatibility.
Technical Requirements (The Must-Haves)- Software: Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of Sub-D modeling or Booleans + Weighted Normals workflow.
- Shading: Models must be free of shading wobbles, pinching, or N-gon artifacts on curved surfaces.
- Portfolio: Must show High-Poly Wireframes. If we can't see your topology, we won't consider the application.
- Experience: Familiarity with the Unreal Engine 5 pipeline (Nanite/Lumen) is a huge plus.
