Job Description

Overview

Senior individual contributor responsible for delivering high‑quality 3D assets, complex roto/compositing work, and technically accurate visual integrations across campaigns, OLVs, KVs, and social assets. This role demands strong creative judgement, advanced technical expertise, and ownership of end‑to‑end execution, while collaborating closely with motion designers, video editors, account leads, and QA.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high‑quality 3D models, textures, lighting, shading, and renders for packaging, product shots, and hero visuals.
  • Ensure accurate brand representation across materials (pack shape, finishes, reflections, colour accuracy).
  • Prepare 3D assets that are optimised and compatible with downstream workflows (After Effects, compositing, edits).
  • Execute advanced material setups (glass, matte, metallic, reflective surfaces) aligned with creative requirements.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple formats, markets, and aspect ratios
  • Perform complex rotoscoping (hands, packs, products, organic shapes, motion-heavy scenes)
  • Deliver clean edge work, realistic mattes, and seamless composites suited for high‑visibility campaigns
  • Handle frame‑accurate paint, cleanup, object removal, and fine‑detail masking
  • Ensure proper integration of 3D assets into live-action footage, maintaining realism in lighting and motion
  • Troubleshoot roto/composite challenges independently with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with motion graphics artists and video editors to ensure seamless handoff and integration
  • Support colour correction, look development, and visual continuity within After Effects and post‑production pipelines
  • Adapt 3D and roto outputs for OLV, social, DOOH, and static adaptations
  • Maintain creative integrity while meeting tight timelines and multiple revisions
  • Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, technical standards, and market-specific requirements
  • Proactively identify and flag visual, technical, or compliance risks before final delivery
  • Conduct self-QC and peer reviews for 3D and roto deliverables
  • Maintain precision on small details (edges, motion blur, reflections, artefacts)

Qualifications

6-9 years of relevant hands‑on experience in:

. 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering

. Advanced rotoscoping and compositing for video and digital assets

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Visual Effects, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field or equivalent professional certification/background with a strong, production‑ready portfolio (degree is flexible for exceptional talent)
