Role Description

We're looking for a 3D Artist who can create clean, thoughtful, and build-ready 3D assets for immersive and spatial projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands space, architecture, and form, and can translate concepts into efficient 3D models optimized for execution. You should be comfortable working with Blender with a strong eye for structure, proportion, and model efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Create 3D models and environments for immersive, architectural, and experiential projects
• Work with Blender and CAD drawings to develop accurate visual outputs
• Interpret layouts, plans, and design references into production-ready 3D assets
• Optimize models for performance, execution, and downstream build requirements

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of Blender
• Basic understanding of 2D tools like AutoCAD / CAD drawings
• Good sense of space, architecture, scale, and proportions
• Ability to create clean, optimized, and practical 3D models
• Attention to detail and a strong visual understanding of built environments
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work across creative and technical teams
