3D Architectural Visualizer

Job Responsibilities:

·     Create high-quality, realistic 3D models and renderings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

·     Collaborate with architects and interior designers to interpret architectural drawings and develop accurate 3D visualizations.

·     Develop animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality presentations to showcase project designs.

·     Apply textures, materials, lighting, and camera settings to achieve photorealistic effects.

·     Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for branding and promotional materials.

·     Manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements:

·      Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture or design firms.

·      Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, D5 render, Unreal game engine, Chaos Vantage, advance AI integration and other relevant 3D software.

·      Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop for post-production.

·      Excellent understanding of architectural and interior design principles.

·      Ability to create photorealistic visuals with attention to detail in textures, lighting, and composition.

·      Experience with animations, walkthroughs, and virtual reality presentations is a plus.

·      Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on architectural projects.

·      Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
