3d Animation Faculty

Senior Animator wanted. The catch: you'll teach the next generation too.

We're Anilee Academy in Satara. Sister company to WOW Animation Studio (8 years old, currently on Shepselach S3). We're looking for one person to lead our 3D Animation department.

What this role actually is

You run the 3D Animation department. You teach Character Animation as the core subject — body mechanics, acting, lip-sync, the stuff most academies fake. You own the curriculum, the standards, and the output. Students leave with reels you'd personally vouch for.

You stay an artist. We expect you to keep animating. Teach what you ship.

You'll click this if:

• You've done 5+ years in animation, VFX, gaming, OTT, or ads
• Your reel has Character Animation that holds up — performance, weight, timing, the works
• You can open the graph editor and actually explain what's happening
• You know the 12 Principles cold and can teach why, not just what
• You're fluent in Maya, comfortable in Blender, and can move through Substance Painter and Marmoset
• You've thought, at some point, I could teach this better than the people who taught me

Bonus points for: ZBrush, After Effects, Unreal awareness, rigging chops beyond IK/FK basics.
