Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D/4D BIM Consultant at GKC Consultants. The consultant will be responsible for implementing BIM-based project controls, optimizing schedules, conducting BIM modeling, and performing 4D/5D BIM simulations.

Responsibilities:

-Proficient with 3D Modelling software - Revit, Sketchup and Civil3D etc.

-Proficient with Project Management software (Primavera P6, MsProject etc.);

-Knowledge of Dynamo & PowerBI will be added advantage

-Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM software (Navisworks, Synchro etc.);

-Able to read drawings, specifications, building codes, and other technical product and material specifications;

-Familiarity with Architecture/Structure and MEP coordination process;

-Self-motivated and able to work well with multi-discipline teams;

-Good communication skills;

-Have a thorough understanding of BIM and VDC;

-Excellent interpersonal/communication skills;

-Willingness to work at a job site 75% or more of the time

-2-5 years construction or related experience;

-Construction detailing experience

Qualifications

-Engineering Graduate with 3+ years experience

-Strong communication and presentation skills

-Understanding of Engineering, Construction and architectural domain preferred
