Job Title: 3D CAD Designer - Gurunanak Agriculture Indi Limited

Position: 3D/2D CAD Designer

Location: Durg, Chhattisgarh, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

CAD Modeling and Design:

Create detailed 3D/2D models of combine harvester components and systems using CAD software.

Develop accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, considering engineering specifications and design standards.

Product Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to contribute to the development of new combine harvester models.

Ensure that designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Prototyping Support:

Work closely with the prototyping team to facilitate the creation of physical prototypes based on the 3D/2D models.

Provide necessary design modifications and improvements during the prototyping phase.

Design Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and optimize existing designs for improved performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate innovative features into designs.

Collaboration and Communication:

Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas through clear documentation and presentations.

Collaborate with the manufacturing team to address any design-related issues during production.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2-3 years of professional experience in 3D/2D CAD design, preferably in the field of agricultural machinery or heavy equipment.

Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
