We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 6-11 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-centered designs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure the visual design is consistent with the brand identity and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
