Senior Business Analyst-Electronic Data Interchange

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

• Understand and analyze business requirements related to EDI.
• Communicate and validate requirements with business users.

Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Document EDI-related process specifications.
• Prepare or update existing EDI map specifications.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Coordinate with the development team for EDI map development.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business team.
• Follow up on deployment and post-deployment support until completion.

Industry Knowledge:

• Apply logistics knowledge, particularly in AIR and SEA operations, to EDI processes.
