Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
- Experience in NON IT recruitment(Healthcare, Banking, manufacturing, engineering, FMCG), HR consulting, or corporate hiring preferred
- Proven ability to manage clients and generate new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation, business acumen, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments effectively
