Engineer

• Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA.
• Work and Deliver Indoor design solutions independently.
• Travel as per Business requirement.
• Work with MA Leads to execute the delivery plans in a time bound manner
• Candidate should be able to understand the design requirements from customer and provide the right solution.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution
• Excellent communication skills

The skills you bring

• Should be familiar with Indoor Radio network Design and Planning principles.
• Prepare tapping diagrams and BoQ for IBS implementation.
• Familiar with indoor system passive/active components: Splitters, couplers, combiners, attenuators, etc
• Should be familiar with interpreting results of walk test
• Should be able to analyze walk test log files using TEMS or any other similar tool.
• Should be familiar with Propagation losses, link budget, RF Components placements, Designing Distributed Antenna Systems, Coverage Prediction, 3D modeling of buildings/Venues in planning tool.
• Strong knowledge of GSM, WCDMA and LTE network Design concepts
• Working knowledge on 5G design would be an added advantage.
• Ericsson Radio system product knowledge (Baseband, IRU, RRU, DU, RDS etc )
• Product knowledge on 3PP PDAS components
• Should have hands on experience in PDAS In-building Design
• Mandatory to have working knowledge on iBwave tool.
