Full Stack Java Developer

Cradlepoint is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Java Developer to join our engineering team. You will play a crucial role in understanding how diverse technologies integrate to build best-in-class solutions that contribute to leading the 5G evolution. This position demands a strong background in both back-end and front-end development, with a particular focus on Java, SpringBoot, microservices, containerization, and cloud architecture, ensuring the delivery of high-performance and scalable applications.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Back-End Development:
• Develop robust server-side logic using Java and SpringBoot, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
• Implement microservices architecture and manage containerization effectively using Kubernetes and Helm for orchestration and deployment.
• Utilize Azure and AWS services to enhance the functionality, scalability, and resilience of applications deployed in cloud environments.
• Work proficiently with both SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Cloud Architecture:
• Leverage Azure and general cloud architecture principles to design, deploy, manage, and optimize cloud resources, services, and applications, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Java Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Java for both back-end and potential front-end development needs.
• SpringBoot Expertise: Strong knowledge and extensive experience in SpringBoot for developing robust back-end solutions.
• Angular Experience: Experience with Angular for front-end application development.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
• Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Demonstrated experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
• Microservices: Proficiency in microservices architecture principles and implementation.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud services offered by both Azure and AWS.
• Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Backend Development Experience: Proven experience in Backend development with proficiency in a wide range of technical skills.
• Cloud Architecture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture.
