Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Present, offer, follow up, and close sales transactions for SGS Knowledge services
  • Prepare detailed sales reports on prospective and existing clients and project progress
  • Expand client base by scouting potential customers and maintaining accounts
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable service packages
  • Report client issues, complaints, and special requirements in monthly reports
  • Perform tasks related to sales support, training, or development as assigned
  • Negotiate with clients within authority limits or in consultation with senior managers
  • Submit requisitions for financial support subject to approval
  • Ensure adherence to SGS Group and national policies including Quality Management System
  • Operate with the highest integrity in line with the SGS Code of Conduct

Qualifications:

  • College graduate in Commerce or Business (passed in 2021–2022)
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and computer skills
