Technical support engineer-VRF/PAC

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and oversee service operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Provide technical support for VRF and PAC systems, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with SSDs to ensure seamless service and sales operations.
• Oversee project and VRF commissioning, ensuring all installations meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VRF system issues, providing expert guidance and support.
• Maintain accurate records of service operations, customer interactions, and technical support activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in project management and commissioning.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
