Backend Developer

TatvaCare is seeking a dedicated Backend Developer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

System Design and Development

• Design, implement, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions to improve system performance and scalability.

Code Quality and Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot existing applications to optimize performance.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to contribute to project planning and progress tracking.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Manage and optimize applications hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Implement monitoring and logging tools to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
• Assist in designing and enforcing security protocols for cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-8 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and any of the following languages: Python, Golang, Java, Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot for Java development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus.
• Familiarity with system design principles and best practices.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-setting.
