Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head (B2C) to lead our retail and direct-to-consumer sales efforts in the chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2C sales channels, a strategic mindset, and strong leadership capabilities to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2C sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and channels for direct sales growth.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing B2C sales team across regions.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
- Drive revenue targets through effective sales planning and channel optimization.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Forecast sales trends and adjust plans to capitalize on opportunities.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Design and implement customer acquisition strategies across digital, retail, and other B2C channels.
- Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Leverage customer feedback to refine offerings and improve user experience.
Market Intelligence & Product Positioning
- Conduct regular market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs.
- Position the company's B2C product range effectively across platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of B2C operations.
- Drive synergies between online and offline B2C channels for seamless customer experiences.
Who Are We Looking For
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2C sales, preferably in the chemicals, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven track record of leading large sales teams and achieving business growth targets.
Skills:
