Qualifications and Skills

• 3- 6 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, GPOs).
• Exposure to Azure AD and hybrid identity environments.
• Familiar with patch management and endpoint management tools (WSUS, SCCM, Intune).
• Basic understanding of backup and recovery solutions.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
