Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with 5 - 7 years of experience managing retail fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out works for retail outlets, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all phases of retail fit-out projects, from planning and design through to completion and handover.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers to avoid project delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, approvals, and contracts.
• Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
