Job Description

Your Impact

  • Work on building new features as per the ask from product management.
  • Collaborate with multiple engineering groups within Cisco to drive E2E solutions.
  • Provide On-Call support for services running in production.
  • Customer Support: Experience in providing technical support to clients or end-users.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent with 6 to 8+ years experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
  • Professional software development experience in Windows/Mac Kernel driver developer with C/C++
  • Strong technical expertise on cloud technologies and cloud architectural patterns. Key technology areas include HTTP/HTTPS, Proxy, API services, Containerization, Micro-services, Application monitoring and Elastic scaling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of emerging cyber threats and threat intelligence techniques to detect and remediate threats
  • Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Understanding of SLAs and how to ensure compliance.
  • Documentation: Ability to create and maintain clear and detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system architecture.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in performing post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
