Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven AGM - Supply Chain with expertise in E-commerce operations, supply chain management, and digital transformation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strategic planning, and procurement, combined with strong project management and digital transformation skills. As AGM, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize supply chain operations, and ensure seamless execution from procurement to order fulfilment, driving overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Planning & Operations:

  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of the supply chain process, including Demand Planning, MPS (Master Production Scheduling), MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning).
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, ensure optimal inventory levels, and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage purchasing activities to meet service level targets while optimizing working capital.
  • Lead procurement strategies for key product categories, ensuring cost optimization, timely deliveries, and strong supplier relationships.
  • Oversee contract formulation, pricing strategy, and negotiations with vendors to mitigate risks and ensure favourable terms for the organization.
  • Manage vendor performance and drive supplier capability assessments, ensuring quality and reliability standards are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to optimize productivity, quality, and cost.
  • Implement operational best practices and monitor key metrics such as Order Fill Rate (OTIF), capacity utilization, and lead time reduction.
  • Lead teams to solve complex business problems and deliver significant ROI improvements.
  • Lead and oversee ERP D365 F&O implementation across multiple legal entities, ensuring business continuity and seamless transitions.
  • Design and manage business flows, sprint planning, testing phases (UT, SIT, UAT), and Go-Live adoption for critical modules like MRP, WMS, and Cost Accounting.
  • Transform business processes into a digital operating model, enabling greater visibility, accuracy, and efficiency in supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, with a focus on cost reduction, improved service levels, and resource optimization.
  • Drive financial performance through P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for supply chain operations.
  • Monitor financial metrics and advise on commercial due diligence for product pricing, margins, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee the dynamic trade-offs between upstream and downstream variables, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and order batching.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in supply, demand fluctuations, and vendor relationships.
  • Optimize working capital financing and vendor-managed inventory processes to stabilize orders and improve operational performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to direct and indirect reports.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across departments, ensuring alignment between supply chain, production, sourcing, and commercial teams.
  • MBA in Operations or related field, with a Mechanical Engineering background.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP MM, PP SD, MS D365 F&O, WMS, and transport management.
  • Proven expertise in digital transformation and project management, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies and change management.
  • Solid understanding of procurement, vendor management, and supply chain analytics.
  • Exceptional financial acumen, with experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in industries such as consumer goods, electronics, kitchen appliances, and manufacturing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Supply Chain Analytics, Quality Control, or Project Management.
  • Experience in working within E-commerce and the consumer goods industry.
  • Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
