Key Deliverables:

  • Drive end-to-end non-tech recruitment for assigned business units, owning strategy and execution.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, ensuring quality and speed of hire.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and influence decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints, from sourcing to onboarding.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop talent pools for future requirements and maintain strong relationships with past candidates.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and dashboards to optimize hiring processes and highlight key trends.
  • Partner with internal teams on talent acquisition projects to improve process efficiency and branding.
