Senior Manager - Operations (Logistics and Warehouse)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations leader to optimize our daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in the commodities and e-commerce logistics sectors, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and streamline operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
• Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or ecommerce sectors.

• Strong knowledge of commodities logistics, e-commerce supply chains, and delivery processes.

• Proven experience in managing large teams and driving operational improvements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
