a) Leverage 3E (Education, Experience and Exposure) learning interventions and establish the same as culture in the organization so as to strengthen the learning for talent to become future ready
b) Plan and Bring in new learning interventions in coordination with various stakeholders Organization effectiveness
c) Establish the standards for training of Blue collar workforce including temporary workforce and bring in actions for time to time
Disciplinary, Compliance & Public Liaison
People And Organization Strategy : Oversee and plan people strategy in line with Business strategy by proactively partnering with the business for organization advantage
