As a Presale healthcare consultant, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Job Description:-
· Person should have a good exposure to bid management/proposal development process, from initial qualification till submission
· Understand client requirements and is able to do an initial mapping of requirements to a solution construct
· Collaborate with sales, solutions/practices, delivery teams to align bid strategies with requirements and Organization's goals
· Can engage with senior stakeholders, internal teams and external partners also during the entire bid processes (excellent stakeholder management and communication skills)
· Exposure to solutioning and estimation techniques and the commercial construct as per company guidelines, HLS domain exposure/ Life Sciences Domain expertise is a plus
· Should have handled complex deals
· Good understanding of IT Services and Solutions
· Facilitate Pre-Sales discoveries and pre-qualify Bids (especially in case of large deals)
· Work with third-parties to incorporate their solutions and technology into the overall solution design (as may be required)
· Support in the delivery of presentations, demos and delivery of Proofs of Concept,
· Research to create value added / proactive proposals for prospective/existing customers
· Presenting data, sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders on actions for assigned processes (Knowledge of data analysis and research procedures )
· Should be adept in PowerPoint skills – aesthetics, layout, storytelling and should be able to articulate what to offer, to communicate persuasively with the client, and should be able to engage the audience.
· Flexibility to support US timezones with few hours overlap

Educational Qualifications: -
· Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Mandatory Technical skill:
1. Presales& Bid management experience
2. Exp on Bid proposals, RFP, RFQ
