Job Title: Finance & Accounts (Chartered Accountant)-Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled Chartered Accountant with 1-3Years of Experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. If you are passionate about finance, have strong attention to detail, and are eager to make a positive impact in a dynamic work environment, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Day-to-Day Accounts: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in recording all accounting activities. Your role will ensure that the company's books are always up-to-date and reflect the true financial position.
• Accounts Finalization: At the end of each financial period, you will lead the process of finalizing accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring that everything is reconciled accurately. This will involve working closely with other teams to gather necessary information and prepare reports for management and audits.
• Handling Statutory Compliance: You will ensure that the company is fully compliant with all statutory regulations, including timely tax filings, audit preparation, and adherence to relevant financial laws. Your knowledge will be crucial in maintaining the company's legal and regulatory standing.
• Banking & Finance Knowledge: You will apply your banking and financial knowledge to manage day-to-day cash flow, banking transactions, and financial planning. Your input will help ensure that the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Must have Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory compliance
• Proven experience in accounts finalization and financial reporting
• Familiarity with banking operations and financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
