Senior Consultant

Role - Study and provide assessment of customer infra and / or application env, scope of work, provide inputs on the areas of IT, design and deploy solutions as per customer requirements, evaluate products, participate in Knowledge Transfer, seamlessly transition to steady state, meet SLA commitments by resolving incidents / requests.

Educational Qualification and experience - min 6 years of experience and graduation in computer science or equivalent

AoR (Areas of Responsibility) - Participate in study and due diligence of customer Infra env / application env, scope of project work and provide assessment (due diligence), contribute in the design of IT infra / app components with respect to the solution development, detailing of support / administration / technology processes, participate in requirement analysis, knowledge transfer, be an active member in transition, participate in RFI / RFP to prepare a winning deal, take up knowledge management initiatives at unit and team level, provide daily updates / reports to the Project manager / client as per need.
