LabWare LIMS Business Analyst Role and Responsibilities:
PAN INDIA OPENING
The roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Helps to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and
- research and industry requirements; considers business application of technology.
- Provides advanced consulting services to internal business groups on process improvements
- projects designed to improve business results
- Develops or modifies procedures to resolve IT issues considering computer capacity and
- limitations, operating time, and form of desired results; includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Provides technical support to business groups by troubleshooting procedures and testing
- Coaches and mentors less experienced analysts.
- Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
- Other projects and duties as required/assigned below
Requirement management
- URS/FS/SDS/TS (gathering requirements, updating in gALM, routing for approval, getting them approved)
- Demo, Module training and Workshop management.
- As is process data gathering.
- Master Data Management:
- Coordination with Dev and Test team for development completion
- Creation of Static data
- Supporting data migration across environments
- Data qualification and change management
- Change Management in SNOW
- Creation, updating, task closure and follow up for verification and Change task closure.
- Qualification and Validation
- Test Script creation in coordination with
- Training Module training Specification creation and management, Lot Management, Standard and Reagent Mgt, Instrument management, Environmental monitoring, Stability Study Management
- System familiarization and Query Support
- Making system familiarization for site SME and resolving queries.
