Bilingual Scrum Master

ESK Technologies is seeking an experienced Bilingual Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore.

• Should have a minimum of 8 yrs of experience as PMO/Scrum Master and minimum of 5 years in Japanese language usage in the project.
• Overall experience should be 10+.
• Should have done PMO/ Project Coordinator/ Scrum Master role for SAP implementation/rollout projects (at least 2 yrs.)
• Should have prior experience of working in PMO/ Project Coordinator/ Scrum Master roles for APAC region.
• PMO experience with Japan is an added advantage
• Should be very good in preparing reports in excel and working on presentations (M.S PowerPoint), word and other Microsoft applications
• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be proactive with can-do-attitude
• Should be a strong team player with proven team leadership potential
• Should be flexible for working in shifts (either 7:30 to 4:30 or 13:30 to 10:30 pm IST)
• Should be based out of Bangalore and work from SISC office.
• WFH will be provided as per HR policy Should do on-boarding and off-boarding of people including asset allocation/de-allocation
• Should support SLA renewals and invoice submission if assigned Should schedule meetings, drive meetings, note down action items and follow up for closure.
• Should co-ordinate business travels, visa requests if any, client visits with support groups such as Admin, HR, IT INfra etc.
• Should ensure necessary data is prepared and reported as per instruction from Tech lead/project lead
• Should support Lead w.r.t project schedule, deliverables and reviews as per key milestones Prior experience in tools like Jira and ALM is required
• Should incorporate best practices as per prior experience wherever possible

Knowledge of project tracking tools like Jira, Redmine or equivalent Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS project and share point tools Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to prioritize and execute multiple work requirements simultaneously. Good in data analysis and data driven decision making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
