Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer with AWS experience

Role Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the design and development of the PRISM product UI, transforming complex AI-driven outputs into intuitive, enterprisegrade user experiences.
This role requires strong ownership across
frontend and backend integration, along with hands-on experience working in
AWS cloud environments to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of PRISM's UI using React & Next.js
- Architect and implement core product modules:
- Calls Inbox
- Call Detail & AI Insights
- Dashboards & analytics views
- Drive seamless integration with backend services (NestJS / REST APIs)
- Translate complex AI outputs into clear, actionable UI experiences
- Design scalable, multi-tenant SaaS interfaces
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to define API contracts and UX flows
- Ensure high standards of performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
- Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and code quality
- Work closely with AWS infrastructure for deployment, performance tuning, and scalability
- Participate in cloud architecture discussions and optimize applications for AWS environments
Required Technical Skills
Frontend Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack or frontend-heavy development
- Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js (including SSR & Server Components)
- Proficiency in modern UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS or equivalent)
- Experience with state management tools (React Query / TanStack Query)
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and frontend architecture
Backend & Integration
- Strong experience working with REST APIs and backend systems (Node.js / NestJS preferred)
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure API design
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot across the full stack
AWS / Cloud Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with AWS in production environments
- Strong experience with AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, EC2 and Lambda
- Experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools)
- Understanding of IAM roles, cloud security best practices, and environment configuration
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch.
Product & UX Mindset
- Proven experience building enterprise SaaS products
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- High attention to detail, consistency, and usability
- Ability to collaborate closely with product leadership and stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with analytics or BI dashboards
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered products or data visualization
- Knowledge of RBAC and multi-tenant architecture
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment
