YOUR IMPACT AREA
We are looking for a business development manager to identify and diligently evaluate new business opportunities. You will have a unique and holistic opportunity to have a 360-degree overview of deal making
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
▪ MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a top-tier university
▪ 2-4 years of relevant industry experience
Preferred Experience/Qualifications/Skills
▪ Worked for a Real estate Private Equity firm/ Developer (preferably in Corporate Finance/BD)
▪ Has a keen understanding of the real estate market in Bengaluru & Key cities
▪ Financial Modelling and Presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
▪ Evaluate deal feasibility and evaluation through detailed financial models
▪ Ensuring accurate land feasibility assumptions
▪ Ensuring deal evaluation is methodically driven through established processes of land feasibility and market intelligence to understand the market desired product in relevant micro markets
▪ Ensuring end-to-end deal management and ensuring 360-degree overview of all deals
▪ Preparation of Investment Memorandum for IC, regular business presentations to management
▪ Updating Bi-weekly MIS financial models and cashflows
