• Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents and reports as required by governing bodies.


• Support the company secretary in organizing and preparing for board meetings, including drafting agendas and recording minutes.


• Conduct research on regulatory changes and compliance requirements to ensure company adherence.


• Help maintain and update corporate records, databases, and documentation.


• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for corporate governance processes.

• For Semi-Qualified CS: Completed CS Professional Exam and completed their 21 months intership. Having at least 6 Months of experience after CS training.


• For CS Management Trainee: Completed CS Executive Program and on the way to complete the 30-day EDP program


• Location: Noida (Sector 63 & 2), UP and Delhi (Netaji Subhash Place)


• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with company secretarial software.
