Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled 2D Technical Designer with strong AutoCAD expertise and hands-on experience in residential interior production and execution drawings.

The candidate will be responsible for converting approved 3D designs and renders into accurate, detailed, and execution-ready production and installation drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D production and execution drawings for residential interior projects.

• Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and joinery drawings.

• Convert approved 3D designs and renders into technically feasible production drawings.

• Ensure drawings include accurate dimensions, material specifications, hardware details, and installation information.

• Coordinate with the 3D Design Team and QC Team to ensure design accuracy and execution feasibility.

• Review drawings for technical accuracy, completeness, and detailing before release for production.

• Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with good speed and accuracy.

• 3–6 years of experience in residential interior production/execution drawings.

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery drawings.

• Ability to understand and interpret 3D models and renders and convert them into production-level drawings.

• Good understanding of interior materials, hardware, and installation requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in modular kitchens and wardrobes.

• Experience in customised residential interiors.

• Experience in interior detailing and technical documentation.

• Exposure to production and installation processes.

Key Requirement

The candidate should be a fast, accurate, and technically strong AutoCAD professional who can independently convert approved designs and 3D renders into complete production and installation-level drawings with minimal supervision.
