About the RoleWe are looking for a talented 2D Spine Animator to join our creative team at Bonanza Interactive LLP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Spine, 2D animation principles, Photoshop, and After Effects to bring characters, environments, and UI elements to life for our slot and casual games.
Responsibilities- Create high-quality 2D animations for characters, objects, and game environments using Spine.
- Work closely with Game Designers, Artists, and Developers to ensure smooth animation integration.
- Design and animate UI transitions, effects, and other interactive elements.
- Use Photoshop and After Effects for creating/editing assets and special effects.
- Optimize animations for performance without compromising quality.
- Ensure consistency in art style and animation quality across projects.
- Contribute creative ideas and suggest improvements for visual storytelling.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong proficiency in Spine animation software.
- Solid understanding of 2D animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, anticipation, etc.).
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop for asset creation and editing.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and special effects.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, art, development).
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications- 2-6 years of experience in gaming, slot games, motion graphics or mobile game development.
- Knowledge of game production pipelines.
- Creative portfolio/demo reel showcasing 2D Spine animations.
