Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 2D Lead / Graphic Design Manager to lead visual design and creative output across experiential campaigns, corporate events, and brand engagements.
This role will be responsible for driving visual storytelling, pitch decks, event branding, and design execution, while managing and mentoring a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Design Leadership
- Lead the development of visual concepts, themes, and design directions for events and brand experiences
- Ensure high-quality design output across presentations, event collaterals, branding, and digital assets
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives
Pitch & Presentation Design
- Oversee creation of high-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks
- Work closely with Client Servicing and Strategy teams to bring ideas to life visually
- Ensure consistency in design language and storytelling across pitches
Event Branding & Collaterals
- Design and supervise creation of event branding elements including stage backdrops, panels, signages, invites, and digital creatives
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and event themes
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and review work of 2D designers
- Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs under tight deadlines
- Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and collaboration
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with production, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and execution
- Coordinate with client servicing teams to understand and deliver on client expectations
Required Skills & Experience
- 610 years of experience in graphic design / visual design within event, experiential agencies only
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing event branding, presentations, and creative campaigns
- Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
- Experience in experiential marketing / event agencies
- Exposure to corporate events, brand activations, and large-format presentations
