About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 2D Event Designer to join our dynamic design team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing all visual elements for live events, brand activations, exhibitions, and experiential setups. Your design will play a critical role in transforming brand stories into engaging visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-impact 2D design concepts for events, including stage backdrops, event branding, print collaterals, digital screens, and venue layouts.
- Collaborate with creative directors, 3D designers, and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life.
- Create print-ready files and coordinate with vendors for accurate execution.
- Translate brand guidelines into event-specific designs while maintaining brand integrity.
- Ensure design consistency across all touchpoints of the event.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Required Skills:
- Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of print production techniques, materials, and dimensions
- Ability to visualize and sketch out design concepts clearly
- Eye for typography, color theory, and layout balance
- Good communication and presentation skills
- A keen sense of storytelling through visuals Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with 3D design software (like SketchUp or 3ds Max) is a plus
- Past experience in designing for experiential events or exhibitions
