We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Professional to join our team in Trichy. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects who can lead a team and manage client relationships.
We are open to candidates who are willing to relocate.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing a team and coordinating with clients.
- Proven experience working on both commercial and residential projects.
- Mandatory experience working with GCC, USA, and UK architectural standards.
- A relevant degree or certification in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be available to join within a 30-day notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and manage a full suite of architectural drawings and construction documents with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural drafting software.
- Apply a deep understanding of architectural concepts and principles to all projects.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of architectural professionals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and project requirements.
- Ensure all designs and drawings comply with GCC, USA, and UK standards.
