2D Anime Animator Core Team (Collaboration)

About the Role & Project

At ARAKE Studio, we are currently working on our original anime project, Agyaat: The Unseen Realm.

​We are looking for a passionate 2D Anime Animator to join our core team on a volunteer collaboration basis. If you love anime storytelling and want to bring characters to life alongside a dedicated creative team, we'd love to have you on board.

​What you'll be doing:

• ​Crafting 2D anime-style animations and key character movements.
• ​Working on rough animation and cleanup passes.
• ​Translating storyboards, references, and director notes into active scenes.
• ​Collaborating closely with the team through our production pipeline.

​What we're looking for:

• ​Good grasp of 2D animation fundamentals and a passion for anime aesthetics.
• ​Willingness to take feedback, learn, and iterate.
• ​Clear communication and consistency.
• ​A portfolio, reel, or sample work showing your animation flow (preferred).
