About the Role
Signature Silicon Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Intern-2D Animation & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing our internal training materials and external promotional content through engaging animated videos. You will be responsible for bringing complex ideas and learning objectives to life through clear, visually compelling 2D animation and motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to develop skills and execute tasks related to:
- Concept & Storyboarding: Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand training and promotional goals, translating concepts into detailed storyboards and visual scripts.
- Asset Creation: Design and create 2D assets, characters, backgrounds, and infographics that are consistent with our brand guidelines and optimized for animation.
- Animation Production: Execute smooth and professional 2D animation and motion graphics using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate) to create effective explainer and tutorial videos.
- Editing & Post-Production: Integrate and synchronize animation with voiceovers, music, and sound effects, and handle final rendering to produce polished video files optimized for various learning management systems (LMS) and digital platforms.
- Quality Assurance: Review and revise videos based on feedback to ensure accuracy and visual appeal for both internal and external audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in 2D animation and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate).
- A strong portfolio showcasing clear examples of 2D animation, motion graphics, or explainer video work.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with creating videos optimized for digital platforms (e.g., different resolutions and aspect ratios).
