Senior 2D Animation Artist (Creative lead)

• Concept & Pre-Planning: Work closely on the concept, visual direction and pre-planning of every project before production begins.
• Production Planning: Establish the visual approach, workflow and requirements before artists start execution.
• Creative Review: Review work at key stages and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Visual Consistency: Maintain quality, style and visual consistency across projects.
• QC : Oversee quality checks, timelines and final output.
• Problem Solving: Handle creative and production-related questions and help the team find practical solutions.

What you'll do:

• Work hands-on across animation, character design, backgrounds, and compositing
• Guide and review the work of animators, background artists, and freelancers
• Help streamline our 2D production pipeline and keep quality consistent
• Coordinate deadlines, QC, and final delivery with the team
• Contribute ideas for new creative projects

Must have:

• 3+ years in 2D animation production, with a solid understanding of the full pipeline (storyboard to final edit)
• Experience guiding or mentoring a team, even informally
• A strong visual eye and attention to detail
• Clear communication
