We're looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can think visually, design fearlessly and bring ideas to life across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives aligned with client requirements, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.
- Create visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, presentations, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop graphics for advertisements, banners, event branding, product promotions, and corporate communications.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure consistent brand communication across channels.
- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that drive engagement and business results.
- Adapt designs across various formats including static creatives, simple motion graphics, and digital assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative technologies.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools where applicable to improve creativity and workflow efficiency.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing agency, advertising agency, or creative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating social media creatives, digital advertisements, marketing collateral, and brand assets.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and project management abilities.
- Basic understanding of web design principles and responsive design concepts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing or animation.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience working with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva and other digital content creation tools.
